When I double tap on the edit button, I'll swipe down and I'll find
something like:
Delete "When Darkness Falls ..." Switch button off
When Darkness Falls ...
Now I double tap on the switch button to toggle it from off to on and
then I'll find the following as I swipe right:
Delete "When Darkness Falls ..." Switch button on
When Darkness Falls ...
Delete "When Darkness Falls ..." button
If I double tap on that second button, the book is deleted.
