Are you is a weekly spreadsheet so only have to alter the week number and date and sometimes items in a column. It's no big deal, so I'd like to be able to do it on my phone ! I wouldn't go out and spend the ten dollars on the app unless someone gives you solid information on how it can be done. Of course, if you bought a new device since iOS 7 came out, you get Numbers for free.
