Pablo, I'm sorry, but at this point I have no idea why they are not there on
your devices.
What do you see when you go into Classic, I mean which tones do you see,
could you write down a list of them or at least the first 4 or 5 and maybe
the last 3 or 4 that you see?

Thanks for the steps, and Idid that you said days ago, and I did that your 
last message says now.

Even though, when I come to the step 9, I do not have old phone ring tone in

this list. Also, I don't have alarm, and it should be there, but I don't 
have it in my iPhone 5s, and in my iPhone 4  either.
Why the ring tones could be hided?
