From what I heard, the ipad air and ipad mini with retina display have the
same specs. I'm sure thinking about getting the ipad mini with retina
display. I like the fact the mini has a 64-bit processor.

talking about the Keynote event, but focus on either VO said twice on
screen lock or not.
Just updated my iPad Mini to iOS7.03, indeed VO announce twice on
screen lock, about 5 seconds of interval in between i think.
iPad Air definitely sounds interesting, and i'm not sure about mini
Retina display. After all, i'm pretty content with my first gen mini
at the moment. :)
