I have an iPhone 4S and I got the free version of Garage Band. I think it
was in the iLife section. that was the only free app within the iLife app.

Ah, I see. Garage Band is part of iLife. According to this article, iLife
apps are only free on new devices, so I suspect Grant is right, although
the other article I posted said it was free for all IOS 7 users. I guess

the combo boxes, like that for the octave on a keyboard.
Any one has noticed the same problem? I think we have to immediately
