Go to settings, general, accessibility, rotor. Select text fields in the rotor settings.
Now when your looking for text fields on a web page for example, just look for text fields in the rotor settings. Then just flick 1 finger up or down to move through the text fields. When you come to the one you want to interact with, just double tap the screen with 1 finger. That opens up the text box. If your using a Bluetooth keyboard, then just start typing in what you want.
