:) I’d love to help you but I am not sure I understand what you are trying to do. Are you trying to get to the settings or are you trying to get to the month view?
If you are trying to change the ticker to month view. You are supposed to use the pass through gesture on the ticker then immediately drag your finger down. If you wait to long before dragging you will open up the item you were touching. The ticker is just under the title and my title says October 2013. VO announces ticker for me when I touch it.
