Hi, another solution, but only works in the US and Canada and only for
incoming calls is to use Google Voice. If you have a GV number and
someone calls it, you can press 4 and it will record the call. It will
indicate at the beginning that the call is being recorded.

These don’t exist. In many States or countries it is illegal to record

Having said this, there are apps which claim they can record calls, but
if you look closely they typically all involve a subscription and the
calls go via a server somewhere where the call is recorded remotely.
Often they even involve 2 calls because essentially the app calls a
phone number which connects you to the server and then you call the
number you want to call, it is basically a 3-way call which then is
merged and recorded.
You can, however, get an app like Groundwire which is a VoIP Client. You
then could sign up with a service like Voip Stunt where you buy, for
example, 10 Euros of credit and this allows you to make regular phone
calls via voice over internet protocol (VoIP). Groundwire has a “Record”
button which is available once you press Call and the phone starts
ringing. By default there is a beep every 15 seconds to indicate that
the call is being recorded, but you can turn this off.
If you want to be able to record incoming calls this way you would have
to obtain an inbound VoIP number from some service like Flynumber,
register it with another service like Sip2Sip.com and then use the
account information in Groundwie to set it up for incoming calls.
It’s a bit complicated, but it can be done and it works OK. An inbound
number from Flynumber.com costs $2.95 US a month and they offer US and
Canadian numbers, not sure about other countries.
