No, i don't think so. I think that it is something related with find my iPhone, not with witches, or charms. I am trying to see if is a way to see more information of my iPhone configuration in find my iPhone from another device. My next step will be restore my iPhone and see if the phone continue taking pictures. if It still do it, then I will believe that it is haunted. The time is always at :56pm :59 pm or :02 am. Some times is at 11 pm, other is at 2 am, or 3 am. What I believe is there is an app that is taking the pictures, maybe find my iPhone?
