yes, I installed IOs 7.0.3 2 days ago, and I have that issue now. Hi, we have already covered the fact that in the newest iOS, VoiceOver says locked twice. But occasionally, I will be sitting here with the phone locked an hour or so after I have used it and it will once again say Locked. I have heard no notifications that would cause the phone to do anything but stay in locked mode. Has anyone else had this issue?
