Hello Tom,

I'm jumping in a bit late on this one so please forgive any redundant
information.  

Whenever I have a problem with Siri, the first thing I do is:

1.
Turn Siri off from within the Settings area of the device then,

2.
Turn it back on.

I have had the same issues. I also can not use the dictation feature, of
course.
I have tried restarting, and other things, but still a no go.

For the past 2 days, Siri hasn't been able to fill any of my requests. I
keep getting the message "I'm really sorry about this but I can't take any
requests right now. Please try again in a little while." Has anyone else had
this problem? I have turned the phone off and on again, but that didn't seem
to fix anything.
