Hi,

When I got a new phone, I gave my son the old one to use as an iPod touch. I
left the sim card in it, and it works fine that way. I went into phone settings
and set it not to look for a cell signal so it wouldn't run down the battery
searching for one, and it has worked well. It just shows No Service where the
cell signal indicator would normally be.

And no, I can't make cell phone calls on it. Skype and Facetime work fine
though.

Best,
Anna
