Hi, all!
I'm a new subscriber to ViPhone, but I do subscribe to Mac Vissionarries, so
you may know of me from there. I installed the new IOS update 7.0.3 on my
iPhone 4, and it had this new thing called key-chain on iCloud that would save
all my credit card information and passwords on my iPhone and stuff, but I had
to make a pass-code in order to do this. I clicked to make the pass-code, and
when I finally got that done, it took me through the rest of the steps as
usual. Now though, I have to use this pass-code to get into my phone, and when
I type it in, it just says "You have typed in the wrong pass-code", and won't
let me get into my phone. I told a friend about this, and he said to restore
the phone using iTunes, which I did, but iTunes won't let me restore it unless
the "Find My iPhone" feature is turned off in my iCloud settings on my phone,
which of course i have to get into my phone to do, which I can't do because I
can't get into my phone. I have heard that other users have also had this bug,
but I have also heard of two people who said they don't have this problem with
their iPhones. What can I do?
I am a blind user, so I depend on my phone for everything, including texting
people when I can't find them. Can someone please help?
