Not tried this myself but press and hold power and home buttons together
for at least thirty seconds or until the phone starts talking. Double
tap restore and you should be set to go.

I told a friend about this, and he said to restore the phone using iTunes, which I did, but iTunes won't let me restore it unless the "Find My iPhone" feature is turned off in my iCloud settings on my phone, which of course i have to get into my phone to do, which I can't do because I can't get into my phone. I have heard that other users have also
had this bug, but I have also heard of two people who said they don't have this
problem with their iPhones. What can I do?
I am a blind user, so I depend on my phone for everything, including texting
people when I can't find them. Can someone please help?
