There is a program for Windows called iBackup Bot which will let you extract 
voicemails from iPhone backups. Unfortunately, they're not stored by date, just 
by ascending numbers. You will have to get a program which can play mra files; 
the one I use is called VLC Media Player, but I'm sure that there are more such 
trouble capable players out there.
