Unlike you, I actually have a very high opinion of what blind people are capable of doing. This may well be because I have done many of the things they say blind people cannot do, and I continue to challenge those stereotypes regularly. The reason that "Failed to send" or "timed out" won't count is because those pictures never reach our service, so we never get to identify them. We'll see if it's possible to add that feature in without ruining the user experience.
