Hi Tessa, I bought an album on my phone a while back and while all 10 songs downloaded on my phone only song 10 of 10 downloaded in iTunes on my computer. I first went to the Store menu in iTunes and tried the option "Check for available Downloads", but it kept telling me "All purchases have been downloaded for this Apple ID". I then send an email to [email protected] and explained the problem. It's important to tell them exactly which album and the order number and I find it is easiest if you forward the receipt for the problematic item which you should have received by email within a day or 2 of buying it. I keep all I received a reply I think the same day which stated that they fixed the issue and I should go and again select "Check for Available Downloads" and now when I did the album started downloading and the other 9 songs downloaded.
