Thank you for sharing. Sounds strange perhaps but because the iPhone 5s share the same processor as the iPad Mini I actually wonder if it's a bug in the new A7 processor? Does this bug also affect iPad Air users as well?

Hello list,

I just wanted to inform you all that the same Voiceover volume bug that
prevents you from turning up the volume once you've lowered it with the rotor
for iPhone 5S users, is also happening on the new iPad mini retina. I got my
new iPad today, and I was a little shocked to discover this bug on here too.
