Hi all, I'm trying to gift an app. Each time I do, the App Store pops up a dialog telling me I have to set up payment information for my account. I can buy apps just fine, and I have enough in my account to cover this transaction, but I cannot complete it. Does anyone know what is going on and how I can get this to work? I want to do this soon because the app I'm gifting is fifty percent off. I've googled the problem, but everything I find talks about a prompt to verify, not to set up. I've removed the App Store from my app switcher, and restarted my phone. Thanks.
