Alex, As others have mentioned. If you have received money from a iTunes gift card for yourself or by others. You can't use any of that money for gifting it to others. So at this point you have to use a bank card and such that will use to allow you to purchase a gift for others. Another Apple rules that I found out the hard way. ;)
