Yeah, I have the same problem. It tells me to sign in if I have an account but I see no way to sign in. It's fine on my computers and one of my phones and I think my iPad - haven't checked there! I'm thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling the dropbox app on my 5S to see if that helps.
