Sorry, but in this dropbox app on my 5S, there is no settings; it's just like I said, there's a welcome screen that tells you to sign in but no way to do it. The other pages tell you about photos, etc. but there is no way to get to settings. I even looked for a dropbox in Settings on my iPhone but some apps have a separate settings area in Settings, but there was nothing there. I do know what you are talking about because I've signed in to Dropbox before on devices but no can do on this one.
