Has this ever worked for you? In other words, has this problem just
surfaced, and if so, have you changed anything recently?
Do you have multiple accounts set up on your iPhone? If so, check the
from field before sending your message to make sure it's coming from the
right account.
I see that you're using POP with Gmail. This isn't the default, so you
must have set this account up manually. Make sure the outgoing settings
are correct. I'm not sure what they are, but you can Google them easily
enough. Make sure you've got the right outgoing server, the right port,
the right level of encryption and the right user ID and password configured.
