I am also having the same issue as well as my husband. I'm sure hoping it will be fixed.

It's the same for me too so I was wondering if anyone on this list knew if this was likely to be fixed with a firmware update. I can program in a finger or thumb and it works fine for a day or so then it doesn't work - not even a small percentage of the time - it just never works thereafter until I reprogram and then it works 100% of the time for a day or so.
