Hello everyone. The Wells Fargo app is broken and it works. It's broken because the edit boxes for the login and password do not behave in a standard way. The first indication is that you can't read what you are entering into your user id field. The second, and more troubling problem is that you can't use editing functions like cut and paste. I have my passwords stored in an app called 1password. To access my apps, I copy the password from 1password and paste it into the password field of my app. This no longer works. I used to be so grateful when work arounds solved problems for me and I still use them when necessary. However, I no longer accept work arounds as permanent solutions. The bottom line is that the app is broken and does not work even though we can get past the issue with a work around. I'm also contacting Wells Fargo about this. In the meantime, I suggest that everyone avoid using the app. Instead, use the full website, at https://online.wellsfargo.com. This is not a work around, it's the standard web site. Yes it works. As people have said before, when your double tap in the fields you will not get feedback that the characters are going in. I will be trying to find out who to contact within the company to help restore accessibility to those fields. Thanks.
