Hi, You need to either erase the profile for your BT keyboard from your iPhone, or turn bluetooth off on your iPhone in order to connect the keyboard to your iPad.
I’m not sure what you mean by your second question. What is preventing you from pairing your bt headphones to your iPhone and the keyboard to your iPad simultaneously? I mean, there to different bluetooth devices, connecting to 2 different pieces of hardware.
