hi, I think you could disable blootooth on one divice while using the other
and vise versa.
I don't have one but, Ithink this should work that way the keyboard
wouldn't be confused as to which divice it's working with.

The phone will see the keyboard and make the connection before I have a
chance to make it to the iPad. So I guess I will have to tell the phone to

I’m not sure what you mean by your second question. What is preventing
you from pairing your bt headphones to your iPhone and the keyboard to
your iPad simultaneously? I mean, there to different bluetooth devices,
connecting to 2 different pieces of hardware.
