After having my iPhone 4 for over 2 years, when I first ran iClean, I was able to delete a gig and a half worth of .TMP files. iClean is blind friendly too. Oh and free which makes it even better. On my fourth GEN iPod touch QVC still has the blips unless you turn voiceover off, but they don't sound on The iOS 7 devices.
