Alan,
I couldn't get WBBM on All Football, but I could if I used my computer and
went through FreeFootballRadio.com which I did through quite a bit of the
season, including the last game against Green Bay.

This is what ticked me off in the 2013 NFL season. I got to listen online
to the pre season games and the first half of the seasons games. Then
with the last half of the season, you could listen to the 3 hours of the
pre game stuff but just before the national anthem, they cut the feed off.
I've been a Chicago Bears fan for over 50 years. I actually don't have a
problem paying to listen to my teams games and the way the Bears ended
their season, I'm glad I didn't pay! to hear it.I guess it's like anything
else, free doesn't mean much any more. On the other hand, listening to
the broadcast online or on my iPhone would suit me down to the ground. I
think the 2013 season when bought before it started was 45 dollars . No
clue what it was after the pre season started but I know it was more for
the regular season.

Alan

Don:
You're pretty much on track there. The NFL like Major League Baseball has
really begun to put the clamps on stations as far as their streaiming of
games go. I know that our FM station in our cluster is an affiliate of
the Tennessee Titans &, we're told all the time, how, we have to make
sure that the live stream is cut off & alternate programming on the
stream, etc. You're also starting to find this to be much more an issue
with College sports as well with most all of the Colleges either having
IMG or Learfield as their programming heads these days. The NFL such as
does Major League Baseball wants to make sure that if you want to listen
to games, you're going to have to pay them before you do it.

I am so glad to have the all football radio app for my IOS devices
because I seldom can find the NFL games on broadcast radio. I would
appreciate knowing why this year there are far fewer games available
on open air radio. I assume it has something to do with the
unmitigated greed of the NFL but would like to know more specifics.
With the play off games coming up in a couple of days, wouldn't you
know that my wireless router would die.
