Raul, I think you are one of those who knows how to cobble together the
several apps to get the same information as the Seeing Eye app gives you in
one app. I have never used it, the following statement is just what I
gather from reading.I gather that its main plus is that the information one
must glean from several apps can be gained using only one app, its
simplicity to use, and its battery conservation, as compared to running
several apps at once.For those not so good at using an iPhone as are you,
this simplicity would be worth the subscription. Now that you have actually
used it some, I am curious to know how
you like it?

Hi, it's true that paying per month gets very expensive, but it has the
huge advantage that it only costs you $10 to find out if the program will
really work for you and if it doesn't, then you are only out that one
amount. Also, if you don't travel much and only need it occasionally, you
could pay for those times you will need it, assuming of course that you
will need it less than 6 or 7 times per year since then the cost per year
or 3 years would start to be better anyway. I think they mainly did this
to allow people to give it a spin. I'm taking advantage of that now and
can finally say that I know what the program is really like. So, I for one
am glad they added the monthly subscription, for guys like me.

Hello all. I just noticed that the Seeing Eye GPS app has an update.
Amongst several bug fixes and enhancements they have added a monthly
subscription. I don't yet know the cost however because when I try to go
there I get an error telling me that it's unable to purchase. Most
likely
this is an error they overlooked because I see the price for the 3 year
and the 1 year subscription, but the monthly one has no price. So, I'm
curious to find out what that subscription will be. If anyone here knows
what that cost is, please share. I haven't looked on their site as yet
because I'm writing this email just a minute after trying the app on the
iPhone. So if the information is there, this is my bad for being lazy
and
not checking first.
