Just I finished my call to apple tech support. They did a test, and yes, my
iPhone has a hardware problem. So I will be waiting for the new iPhone, for
return the old one. in the test, we found another problems that i didn't
detect before. For example, if I turn on the bluetooth keyboard device, and
turn of the iPhone at the same time, my iPhone didn't turn on any more, and
it didn't accept the reset with the power and home button, died. So we have
to connect my iPhone to iTunes to restart it again.
The bad part of this story is that they are holding the price of the iPhone
that they are sending, until they receive the old iPhone.
Any way, looks like the most part of problems that I have taken at the last
2 months, are issues related with the hardware problem.

Hi Pablo,
I had a severe problem of my iPhone 4 rebooting automatically, with it
draining the battery over 2 years ago. At the time, the phone still was on
Apple Care, so they just replace the phone. I know you probably know this,
but make sure you back the phone up either on iCloud or in iTunes on the
computer. I know when I get frustrated, I usually forget one major little
detail to do before going the last step in my chain of solutions. HTH.

Ok take it to Apple then.
Regards Chris

nope, I have restored my iPhone several times, and always it has this
weird thing. Just it reboot been on my table, just making a phone call,
or just typing something on it. I don't believe that restoring the
iPhone is the solution.

Hi
not having this problem myself on my 4s or iPad mini, try restoring and
setting up as a new device, a pain in the rear but may be well worth it,
alternatively take it to Apple.

I have a iphone 4s running ios7.04, and just this morning it restarted
on me, I thought no big deal something must have went wrong, so the
phone worked normally all day long until tonight, as of about 3 hours
before writing this email I am barely able to use my iPhone for more
than 5 minutes before it restarts, sometimes its like 10 seconds and
it restarts. I restored my iphone from a backup and the problem still
persists. anyone else have any suggestions? I have no apple care and
have had the phone for 2 1/2 years now so I’m thinking if its bad
enough I may have to upgrade.
Just looking for any suggestions on what to do.
thanks
