Hello Folks, I just used VizWiz and I am happy to say that I received an answer. I am using an iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.2, and the version of VizWiz prior to the current version. It took 4 minutes to receive the first answer. I am not sure if one is using iOS 7.0.4 and a 64 bit chip on the phone that would make a difference if VizWiz would behave differently. If others continue to have problems using the app, then a concertive effort to let the developers know of the issues. HTH Bast, Eileen
