This is certainly not a big deal as I can use Siri to turn voiceover on
or off, although it could be a problem in a noisy environment. On my
4S, triple clicking the home button brings up the app switcher which can
also be accomplished with two clicks of the home button. So the
question becomes what if anything can I do such that three clicks of the
home button will reverse the state of voiceover?
