has she tryed signing out, before she closes the skype app, in her app
switcher?

Hello list,
my friend has iphone 5 and she has some issues with her Skype.
She is always seen as being online although she has her phone switched off
at nights.
It might be very confusing for her skype friends.
Please does anyone know how to fix this?
Removing skype from app switcher does not work at all.
