That's interesting that you asked. The Apple ID needed to be changed, but the 
other apps that did sync were purchased with the same Apple ID as the 3 that 
would not sync over. I believe that one of the three was a paid app, but the 
other 2 were free. The free apps could be downloaded again, but what about the 
one paid app. Could it be downloaded again and then my friend could restore the 
app, so he wouldn't have to purchase it again? Any suggestions would be 
terrific to resolve this, so all of the apps can be put onto his 5s.
