I think it's pretty stabil, a few people seem to experience occasional, random crashes or reboots of the iPhone. Anyhow, iOS 7.1 should be out at some point in March so this could mean in about 2 weeks or if it doesn't come until the end of March it might still be 5 weeks. My guess it would be rather earlier than right at the end, but of course that is just a guess.
