I have an iPhone 4, an iPhone 5s, and an iPad Air.
All my devices have the latest.
Once each device was set up to my liking, I have not had any problems with
the latest OS.

I think it's pretty stabil, a few people seem to experience occasional,
random crashes or reboots of the iPhone. Anyhow, iOS 7.1 should be out at
some point in March so this could mean in about 2 weeks or if it doesn't
come until the end of March it might still be 5 weeks. My guess it would
