Hi, all. I have an acquaintance who has recently subscribed to the list. She sent a couple of queries that came through but didn't get responses. (I saw them on the list, so I know those came through.) Since then she's sent several other questions which haven't come through and has tried contacting the moderator using the email information at the end of the email. She's heard nothing back from the moderator, nor has she seen her questions come through on the list. She says she has a couple of friends who are having the same problem. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance, and thanks for the help you all give. I'm hoping she'll be able to get and stay on this list since I think she'll learn a lot from you all.
