I am having the exact same problem where I send messages to the list but get no message from the list whatsoever. I have a second email account and used it to subscribe to this list. It seems to work fine, and that's how I'm seeing this.
I have also written the moderator a couple of times but have had absolutely no response. Something is really fouled up somewhere but no one in charge seems to care about fixing the problem. Most frustrating!
