Hello, Christina,

You'll want to purchase the LG HBS700, not the LG HBS730. The 730 is purported 
to have a lot of other issues, besides being weird with VoiceOver. I have the 
700 model, and it's great! It can be a little bit laggy, but it's certainly not 
bad.
