TextGrabber cannot store documents, but it does have a history where you can go
back to previous scans. You can copy and paste the text into a document in
another app to then save and name your document.
Prizmo can create multi-page documents that you can save and name within Prizmo
or export if you wish.
Prizmo is a little more complex because it does more.
There are two ways to scan with Prizmo.
1. Quick Capture. This is like what TextGrabber does, it scans and recognizes
the text and you can copy and paste that text elsewhere, but you can't save it
within Prizmo.
2. Create New Document.
This involves a few extra steps, but allows you to then save the document
within Prizmo if you like, or to export it for use in another app.
Esther once put together a nice list of instructions for an older version of
Prizmo, I'll see if I can find it and resend it with some updates to the newer
version.
As I have said before, I prefer Prizmo in most situations because I get better
results with it.

Richard
