Hi, 

Just to add my thoughts to this: Two things I have noticed is firstly, the 
compact voice cannot be sped up quite as much as the HQ one. This is still true 
under 7.1 2. In the past, I have noticed if you use the HQ voice and use 
VoiceOver quite a lot, the HQ voice does drain a little more battery.
