Open Prizmo, hit the Quick Capture button, and find the "take picture" button in the bottom center of the screen. Alternatively, choose an option from the main list, but the Quick Capture seems to be the easiest. You may get movement directions from prizmo, but if you are using a scanning aid, in theory you will not need to adjust anything.
