Now you're beyond my experience. :D I normally scan a page to see what it's 
about, and my results aren't good enough to keep as a document even if I needed 
to. Granted, I don't use a stand for scanning, though I'm considering getting 
one. Someone who has used this more than I will be able to answer your 
question. Sorry.
