I currently have the defender case for the iPhone five and have no problems
with it. I used to have the defender case with the iPhone 4s as well. And have
had no problems with it either. I believe that people have just drop their
phones very hard and never replaced the case causing the phone to shift inside
of the case. The material that is being used on the iPhone 5 defender case is
of better quality than the iPhone 4s defender case in my opinion. The iPhone 4s
defender case had more of a soft rubber feel around the edges compared to the
new defender case for the iPhone 5s but has a solid feel. Just thought I'd drop
my two cents on this topic.
