I can reproduce this as well. Also, if I am wearing my Bluetooth headset when I dictate text, VoiceOver stays in the reduced quality mode used for phone calls, even after I stop dictation and the Bluetooth mic should be closed. The only way to restore VoiceOver quality is to play audio, receive a phone call, or use Siri in such a way that it has to come back with a response. Cycling Bluetooth off and on, and turning VoiceOver off and on, doesn't fix this. I can reproduce this on my husband's phone. Can anyone else reproduce this?
