Tap Tap See has a fee schedule to use the product. They began the
service by using Kick Starter funds but those have run out. In order
to continue to use Tap Tap See you pay either to purchase a certain
number of pictures or a monthly or 3 month rate. Each person will
need to decide if it is worth it to pay for the app. I pay for the
app and love it but some people have recommended other apps that do
not have an ongoing charge. I should add that when you run out of the
package you purchased you must go back in and make a new purchase. It
is not automaticly charged to you.
