Hi, Containers are useful for email. When containers are included in the rotor, and in an email message, set the rotor to containers and then you can flick down with 1 finger to move from the header information, to the body of the message, to the footer data or if like with so many of us who don't crop, you can move within a message and by flicking down with 1 finger can more quickly read the content and skip the header and footer information.
