The version of Outlook I have for a while is 2003. I didn't think what you
described would work with this version. It is running in Windows 7,
however. Am I incorrect?

Thanks,

DJ

Hello D. J. You are trying to complicate a very simple task. I suggest that
you use the ICloud Control pannel instead of exporting contacts to a .vcf
file. It runs in the background and keeps your contacts synchronized between
outlook and your IOS device. If you need to use your contact data in
documents you can use the microsoft Word's Mail Merge facility. The ICloud
Control Panel can also keep your calendars in synch.
