Hi, Are you double tapping on the listen button with one finger? The two taps have to be within a half second of each other. Also, the triple tap with three fingers has to be done quickly with no more than a half second between taps. When you hold down the home button to activate Siri, there are two quick beeps. Start talking immediately. If you hear two higher pitched beeps, then Siri is done listening.
